Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Your wallet address and transaction details are recorded on the public blockchain and cannot be deleted.

YellowArt is a curated NFT marketplace facilitating buying, selling, and trading digital art. We act as an intermediary and do not take ownership of listed artworks.
You are responsible for your wallet security. YellowArt is not liable for losses from unauthorized access.
All transactions are facilitated through Ethereum smart contracts and are irreversible once confirmed. YellowArt charges a 2.5% marketplace fee.
Artists retain full IP rights. Purchasing an NFT grants ownership of the token and limited display rights unless otherwise specified.
Users may not upload stolen artwork, manipulate prices, engage in wash trading, use the platform for money laundering, or violate applicable laws.
YellowArt is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for smart contract failures, blockchain issues, market volatility, or unauthorized access.
These terms are governed by applicable international digital commerce laws. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
