ZUWI TECHNOLOGY LTD is the data controller for personal data processed through yellowart.top and is responsible for ensuring your data is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We collect wallet addresses, email addresses, profile information you choose to provide, and transaction details necessary to complete an NFT purchase. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through cookies and analytics to secure the site and improve the experience.
To facilitate NFT transactions, provide customer support, send transactional updates, improve our services, comply with applicable law, and detect and prevent fraud.
Blockchain transactions are public and immutable. Once an NFT purchase is settled on Ethereum, the wallet address and transaction details are permanently recorded on-chain and cannot be edited or removed by us.
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with service providers strictly to operate the service — including our payment processor (Wert Capital OU, for card payments) and hosting, analytics, and email providers — and with regulators or law-enforcement authorities where required by law.
All traffic is served over TLS. Payment card data is entered directly into our PCI-DSS Level 1 processor's environment and never touches our servers. We maintain access controls, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, and regular security reviews.
Under the UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; withdraw consent for marketing; request data portability; and lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and ZUWI TECHNOLOGY LTD (“YellowArt”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17351409, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By accessing yellowart.top or purchasing any asset listed on the site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.
YellowArt is a curated NFT marketplace on Ethereum. We facilitate discovery and settlement of digital assets minted as ERC-721 tokens but do not own the underlying artworks or intellectual property.
All transactions settle on the Ethereum blockchain via smart contracts and are, by their nature, irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Because delivery is instantaneous and the token cannot be returned once minted to your wallet, NFT purchases are final and non-refundable once the on-chain mint has been confirmed. If you believe a purchase was unauthorised or the item you received does not match the listing, contact support@yellowart.top within 24 hours of the transaction with your transaction hash and we will investigate. A marketplace fee of 2.5% is applied to each primary sale.
Artists retain full intellectual property in their work. Purchasing an NFT grants you ownership of the token and a limited, non-exclusive licence to display the associated artwork for personal, non-commercial use unless a broader licence is stated on the item’s listing.
You must not use YellowArt to list stolen or infringing works, to engage in price manipulation or wash-trading, to fund or facilitate money laundering or sanctions evasion, or in any other way that violates applicable law.
Card payments are processed by our regulated payment partner, Wert Capital OU. Your card details are entered directly into their PCI-DSS Level 1 environment and never touch YellowArt servers. Your card statement may show the descriptor “YELLOWART” or “WERT * YELLOWART”.
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for smart-contract failures, third-party wallet or blockchain outages, or losses arising from market volatility. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them, save that consumers domiciled in another jurisdiction retain the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
